Demolished floor and sidewalls on two melting furnaces, then installed block insulation against the steel formed up the walls and then pumped 13" of refractory against the insulation. Total material installed 400,000 lbs of material. Project was 3 weeks around the clock.
Materials Used: Plistix 900, Armortech 65 AL, Versoflow 55 AR, Versaflow 45 AL, Plastech 85, Greenset 94 Mortar, Empire DP Brick, SW Plas Board, BD Durablock, 2300 Degree Castable, block insulation, AA Anchors, HL 214 11" VH anchors.
