APi supplied and installed all insulation and lagging materials for this 120-MW grassroots coal-fired power plant in Montana. APi insulated more than 160,000 SF of flatwork including a Babcock & Wilcox pulverized coal-fired boiler, Alstom selective catalytic reduction system (SCR), Hamon-Research Cottrell baghouse, fans, air heaters, and the interconnecting ductwork. In addition, APi supplied and installed all the plant's pipe insulation and jacketing on the balance of plant, B&W boiler piping, and General Electric (GE) steam turbine-generator.
