APi supplied and installed the insulation and lagging for several pieces of retrofitted AQCS equipment at this 560-MW coal-fired power plant. APi installed approximately 80,000 SF of a conventional insulation system on a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system and the associated hot-side ductwork. In addition, APi installed approximately 105,000 SF of API Type I Prefabricated Insulation Panels on a fabric filter dust collector, centrifugal induced draft fans, and the associated cold-side ductwork.
